score - one of the best movies of the year. an eleven on other scales.
yes - i would recommend this to just about anyone.
undecided - i did not enjoy this but you or someone you know might. or i did enjoy it but can see why some did not.
no - i did not enjoy this and cannot see any reason anyone else ever would.
suck - do not ever watch this, even if it's the only thing on. it is that bad. a negative on other scales.
Willard (2003)
you guessed it, another remake. at least they paid tribute to the original better than most remakes even try to do. this would have been better if it had been made as a disney feel good movie. it would not have taken much to alteration. or they could have added more gore to the few deaths that do happen. this movie is not suspensful. it is not gorey at all. they merely go for the 'ick factor' because it is a bunch of rats. or maybe because it's crispin glover in a serious staring role. big mistake. he is an ok actor but really needs to be limited in scene time. charlie's angels was a good example of that and he didn't even speak. in this one he has very serious parts that ended up just not working. there is one were it is so painfully obvious that he is reading cue cards that it is laughable. now if the mouse hadn't interrupted him when he tried to kill himself and it was for real it would have been a much better movie. for the record i am not a fan of horror movies but this does not even begin to qualify as one.
