ok this is what there is so far. there are a handful of bands that make so many references to other bands and pop culture in general that it will be some time before all of there songs (or any) make it here. some examples are Anal Cunt, the Dead Milkmen, Eminem, Roger Manning and They Might Be Giants. so if anyone wants to work on any of those independently and provide the band by song by band results feel free. the more artists a song mentions the more useful and worthy it is. the next go around i will put this up in a more friendly location so that we may add to it randomly at will. so now on with the list of songs that mention bands/artists that are not the same as the performer...
