empallinthe point where i should have realized there was something wrong with the way i was wired.
in jr high the teacher made mention about everything being made up of particles in motion. so i spent a lot of time in next few weeks with my fingers pressed into the wall trying to squeeze it between the particles. just holding it there didnt seem logical so i tried vibrating it.
that didnt work so well. i considered breaking it but that would not have achieved the desired result. the particles of my band and the wall had to merge. and breaking either one would not produce the desired result. so i went back to vibrating my hand figuring if i could vibrate them fast enough i could do it. then i decided i could not achieve those kinds of speeds so i gave up. mostly gave up. i still toy with it occasionally.
this was from a 10 second physics lesson. i still dont understand it any better and i doubt that i ever will. but if it is not possible it seems to me that there is something wrong with a lot of physics theories.
