Repairs Tip #001 - I've Come To Lay Some Pipe
to put it in very simple terms plumbing is easy. if the pipes under you sink beak find a wrench and take it out. take that piece to home depot's plumbing section and show it to them. then take it home and replace it. just be sure that you wrap the plumbers tape that you also bought in the same direction the threads go. if it starts bunching up very quickly you fucked it up. good thing the stuff is as cheap as your mother. this also happens to be one of those cases where duct tape is not a correct answer. also while you are at that place take a look at their selection of spanish tiles.

Repairs Tip #002 - Take It All Off Baby
if you decide to paint, make it prettier by pulling off items that are not permenately attached and place them in a ziplock bag or two to avoid losing parts. if painting a door pull it off the hinges and then pull handles and or knobs off. when doing walls pull the swich plates and the tape up the outlets. and be sure to put everything back when you are done. it makes for a much nicer look when done and only adds a few short minutes to the entire job. we have all lived in rathole apartments so you know how shitty is it to have paint covering all the light switches and outlets. just beacuse they do a half-assed job does not mean you have to.

read the lyrics below and tell me who the song is about. cheating is allowed. and btw i love this song

Chumbawamba - Stitch That

So this husband came home drunk each night
And he thrashed her black
And he thrashed her white
He thrashed her to within an inch of her life
Then he slept like a log
Did her husband

But as he lay and snored in bed
A strange idea came into her head
So she went for the needle
And she went for the thread
And straight to her sleeping husband

She started to stitch with a girlish thrill
With a woman's art
And a seamstress' skill
She pinned and tucked with an iron will
All around her sleeping husband

When her husband awoke with a pain in his head
He found he could not move in bed
'sweet christ i've lost the use of me legs!'
But the wife just smiled at her husband

Then she thrashed him black
She thrashed him blue
With a frying pan and a colander too
With a rolling pin just a stroke or two
A battered and bleeding husband

Isn't it true what small can do
With a thread and a stitch and a thought or two
He's wiped his slate
His boozing's through
Goodbye to a drunken husband
