A dietitian was once addressing a large audience in Chicago. "The material we put into our stomachs is enough to have killed most of us sitting here, years ago. Red meat is awful. Soft drinks erode your stomach lining. Chinese food is loaded with MSG. Vegetables can be disastrous, and none of us realizes the long-term harm caused by the germs in our drinking water. But there is one thing that is the most dangerous of all and we all have, or will, eat it. Can anyone here tell me what food it is that causes the most grief and suffering for years after eating it?"
A 75-year-old man in the front row stood up and said, "Wedding cake."

to comfort some of you as a precatioary messure, i am taking my system down for maintence. if you need to talk, i'll be awake until it comes back up and then i am out like a bon fire. if you see this and see me online then all went fine (or i haven't gotten started on it and i am just trying to finish up a few things). this is a fairly routine fix and shouldn't take too long at all. unless i get pissed and start throwing shit accross the house again. i don't think that is going to happen on this one but you never really know. i sure don't. [postponed until morning or whaever. already pissed and i haven't even started on it]

ok it is time to work out some checks and balances while i am in a seni-solid state of mind. if a situation should arise again you should check wih the nearest jennifer. jennifers will be responsible for redistributing any information you may need or want. the meeting point will start here at my lj in the comments to the most rescent post. however since i keep threating to take it down in my worse moods the alternate will bemama2jude's lj as i am sure she will be going off about it and/or be concerned by it. she is to say what will happen from there. i am going to make an emergancy contact card for me with the Jennifer's contact info on it. please do not be offended by this choice buit during the last outing they were the ones who did take charge of informatiuon distrobution and this is a matteer of simply bringing everything together so certian gaps do not happen again. personally i am hoping there is never a need for this information. also for those who missed the trial run of the scripts, be glad i dropped the one i did. for those who dealt with me during that, i can only offer you my deepest apologies. nothing like a mood stablizer that stabilzes you at fucking pissed off. and concerning the previous situation, i am trying to personally apologize and thank each person. so if you have not gotten your yet please wait. the whole thing is painfully embarassing. if i could control my emotions and actions it would not be so bad.
