first a joke I got via an email list which provides a good way to get out of conversations and then some links, sent by friends, that I really want to look into later but thought other people might enjoy as well. I will have some more pictures, from a variety of sources and situations, coming up soon. And the driving story will get finished but the last mile is always the hardest mile. Still not sure where I am going to end it but I think it will be with a very angelic moment.

Making conversation

Two strangers are sitting in an adjacent seats in airplane. One guy says to the other, "Let's talk. I hear that the flight will go faster if you strike up a conversation with your fellow passenger." The other guy, who had just opened a good book, closes it slowly, takes off his glasses and asks, "What would you like to discuss?"

The first guy says, "Oh, I don't know; how about nuclear power?"

The other guy says, "OK, that could make for some pretty interesting conversation. But let me ask you something, first: A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat the same stuff, but the deer excretes pellets; the cow, big patties; and the horse, clumps of dried grass. Why is that?"

The first guy says, "I don't know."

The other guy says, "Well then, do you really think you're qualified to discuss nuclear power when you don't know sh-t?"

So uh yeah. I finally finish putting it together. Now I just have to wait for everything to be approved. Yes, I did it. I u/l'ed some stuff to mp3.com. So watch this page and see if anything appears in the next 10 days to two weeks. And because I have to document important occassions, I made a very simple and mellow track while I was fighting with it. So if it all shows up and you see a track called "Box Of Troubles" well that would be the newest and nicest one.

I actually started out downloading stuff, because no one will give me anu recomendations, and then I cam across the Stiffff Kitties page. Ok, my stuff may suck royal ass but I have more creativitu in my left butt check than that. I keep coming back to the term 'cover band.' The songs aren't that bad but I wouldn't pay to see them. Unless I way really drunk and was planning on ragging on them all night. Not to mention all of their somgs are labeled really screwy. So it got me pissed of, and Iwas all like 'I can do better than this.' Wait I have. And I have an mp3.com artist account already. So up it all went. Not all of it exactly. the three tracks that are crammed with samples could not go because of some legal something or other. Now I am laughing at how sad my motivations are. Spite and anger. I am so screwed up.

so if I have you address and know it to be valid you will be getting the whole package. And it will look so pretty. If you want this and I have nevere mailed you anything, you should make sure I have your correct address. (I'm lookig at Jami, J0n, and the martians on this point) and if anybody can find me a free hosting service that will take mp3's that are five to 10 megs I will put them there too.

i really cannot sleep right now. Still. And I want mail, dammit. And I want it sent to my home address. You can have that if you ask nicely. Feh!
