empallina few people have heard parts of this but why don't we go down the list of what exactly it is i have against strippers. these are my opinions based on my experiences and those of people around me. there are not many people i dislike but most stippers fall past that even, into the viod of detest. so let me explain.
let me first clarify a one very important point. they are strippers. they are not entertainers. they are not dancers, as most in the business refer to them. they are most certianly not erotic dancers. i would not call what most of them do erotic or dancing by any stretch of the imagination. what most of them do is more like an exercise routine than a dance routine. they are stippers. and to some degree con artists.
you always here all kinds of reasons for why stippers enter the trade, but for the most part they are pure bullshit. most stippers wouldn't know how to tell the truth tto save their lives. there is not enough profit in that. from what i have seen there are only three reasons that strppers strip. 1} the money is good and they can't get enough of it. As William S Burroughs stated, "beware of whore who say they don't want money. what they mean is they want more money." 2} the like being naked in public. never mind the damage that caused this desire in the first place. 3} they crave the attention. they are willing to sacrifice their own dignity to make sure it is theere. the real reasons will always be one or a combination of these, and anything else will be a straight out lie.
i know i am not one to be stating it but most strippers are completely fucked in the head. you could have a group therapy sesssion at any strip club you walked into. they have been used so much in there life that they do not know or want anything else. the owners use them. the customers use them. too many of them would even stab each other in the back for a dollar. On the other hand so many of them treat people with a holier than thou attitude. an old co-worker of mine summed that aspect up when he said, "they turn their noses up at me but they're the ones on their knees for a dollar."
one of the worst situations is when someone gets mixed up with a stripper. i have one co-worker who made the mistake of marrying and having kids with one. she was stripping when they met, so he should have seen it coming. he even helped her get a new set of tits so that she could make more money. well he ends up in court about every six months because she is trying to make sure that she gets every single dime he will ever make. it's rough to see him go through that, but he should have seen it coming.
the girlfriend of anther friend of mine had his girlfriend start stripping while they were going out. he was basically ok with it at the time but now he can't seem to get rid of her. even after she got the cops involved, she is still trying to get his attention, even though it is very obvious that he is so not interested. are you completely mental? one of the funniest thing i ever heard him relay was that she prided her self on the fact that she didn't sleep around. yeah, sure, she just had sex with people. if the money was good. he is a very good guy and i only hope thatt she beast is out of his life but good and the sooner the better.
so you want to know where i come into play in this? well the winter after i graduated high school a friend and i went to one of the older but not exactly better clubs in oklahoma city. we are sitting therre talking as he is watching the show and i am concentrating on drink my ass off. it was his idea, but he probably should have found someone else to go with. all i did was sit the and criticize each girl that came on stage. then one got on stage we knew. an honor society girl that i had a crush on when she was in one or two of my classes. someday my crushes will kill me, unless i happen to find one that doesn't die or break my heart. after she got done she came over and and sat down with us. this was very awkward. and in the end it was also very sad. i may be wrong here, but i believe she had a bastard child she was trying to support. that and she always had expensive tastes. on the way home my friend and i had a long drawn out conversation on high maintnance.
a few years later, i would tour the local clubs with a friend. he was in the video game business and he could only get into the clubs while they were open for business to empty out his machines. so we would be in and out of several clubs a night. some of the ceesiest ones i have ever seen. somethimes we would stay long enough to have one of the rinks that was offered to us. several times we both stauntly declined various types of offers that most men would jump at. the one time i remember actually staying at a club, i ended up playing games while he was talking business. television would have been more entertaining and i usually can't tolerate that either. but yeah i watched people, because that is what i do. and these are the things i picked up on. ain't that a bitch.
i know most of the stories relate to female stippers but the statement applies to all of them, male or female. the game is the same, even if the board changes.
