comedynetuk.com radio - the best thing in comedy - this is a radio show out of the uk that is co hosted by one of the people i met at h2k2. and i was mentioned on it. but they forgot to record it so none of you get to hear my wonderful voice. and you know its kinda funny because i made it on the air in boston on wfnx and in new york on wbai (and on catcountry96.fm in pennsylvania) but have never even tried to be here in okc. mostly because i dont listen to the radio if i have a choice. and yes the some of the wbai appearances were on off the hook which is archived at the 2600 website.
anyway go listen to the show. maybe youll even enjoy it. to listen live it does require a live365 account. they are free so there you go. and if you need a little help with timing eastern time is 5 hours behind uk time. so if its 5 there its noon in new york and florida. does florida still exist anyway? or did it wash away?

while we are talking rhps and since halloween is so close here are a few things i came across on amazon...
the first is from amazon.de (germany putz) and its a moulin rouge/rocky horror picture show box set. i just dont get it. the only connection i can see is they are both musicals. beyond that i have no idea what this is about.
also from amazon.de (still germany putz) is the rocky interactive horror show. as much as i would like to get my hands on this i do not want to pay that much for it because in the end it probably sucks. of course there is also the fact that amazon will not ship software to other countries because of eulas and such. interesting but i will have to pass.
finally we have one that is from the us and it is the best of fox comedy (office space / there's something about mary / raising arizona / the rocky horror picture show / young frankenstein) box set. except for that sucky one about mary it is not a bad collection of movies. but with that one as the exception i already own all of those but rhps is the only one i own on dvd. maybe ill get it someday. what i will probably end up doing is getting each of the movies separately as i feel the need. i know you care so much about what i may or may not buy.
you think i could be on tv if i called someone and told them about seeing a ufo? no really i saw one. but. but the key word here is unidentified. it was a very bright light in the sky at like 4-5am. it didnt really move so it obviously wasnt an airplane. the fact that it didnt move also implies that it was not a helicopter. yes they can sit still but not for twenty minutes straight. very few pilots are that good. also it was much higher than i have ever seen a helicopter. for the distance involved the brightness of light completely knocks that out of the running.
about the only thing that i can think that it could be is the iss (international space station). i have been watching a lot of nasa tv trying to see if i can catch some camera views from about that time period to see if it is even over the us but so far have had no luck what so ever. i dont know. it was odd enough to take note of but i simply refuse to think that its a alien spacecraft. do you really think i am that crazy? no i am not smartass.
have i ever mentioned how much i hate the show survivor and shows like it? yes it is a good concept. the first time. if the show were more like the show the running man from the story of the same name (and the shitty movie as well) then they would have the right to use that name. and it stands the show should be called drama and whining are ratings. i swear i saw this show years ago when it was called the real world. and no i dont think they deserved to use that as the title for their show either. just had to say it for the record.
defective yeti has a really long thread of really bad jokes. you should probably go read it before i repost the whole thing here. how bad you ask? well take a look at this example...

clown killer is another stupid game to play. i can sleep now that i know you will all be out there killing the clowns.
the official toe jam and earl page has a very nice collection of sounds available for download. it is actually pretty much every sound used in the original game. i like it when a game company realizes that people want to take the game to places other than the console.
since we are on games i assume some of you have heard about the guy game. sure i could write a legitimate review of this but it is not worth it. basically its girls gone wild with trivia questions that you have to see to be able to see boobs. its a big deal because it is an official game that actually shows human boobs. aside from that the game gets boring after about five minutes. the only part that has any staying power are these little thingies that they have half way though each level. to make it even worse the questions do not change if you repeat a level.
i actually have a problem with one of the answers they say is right. the question is what animal produces the largest eggs? they say the correct answer is shark after the girl says penguin(?!). as far as i can account for of the sharks that they have actually seen give birth have given live births. but what the hell do i know about shark birthing. then to make it worse the host says something along the lines of of course they lay eggs they're fish. uh no. no. no. they are mammals not fish. you son of a bitch dumb bastids. just in that i have given this game more thought than it actually deserves.
oh somewhere in the game one of the question is what birmingham england band took their name from the villain in barbarilla? any guesses? you know this dont you? wait for it. yes i got it right. unfortunately. yes the answer is duran duran. and the girl got it wrong. but yet they all get the answers right to questions about saved by the bell. who knew people actually watched that show close enough to remember any of it.

notoriety as the star of what 80s coming-of-age sitcom? i had no idea on this one. well not until i looked at the answer list. i havent checked and i am not going to though i probably should after the whole shark thing but they say the correct answer is square pegs. if square pegs is linked here i did actually decide to fact check it before i posted this mess.
still on the subject of boobs...i am sure most of you are aware that this is breast cancer awareness month. yes it is important but please tell me when exactly is testicular cancer awareness month? i am assuming there isnt one so i suggest we split this one. since they both involve getting naked and coping a feel i declare that october will now be know as naughty bits cancer awareness month. and for the sake of fairness this shall also include prostate cancer and cervical cancer. i am being completely serious here. get checked before i dont have the chance to kick you ass for not doing it.

the two that were selected were designed to be wallpaper but they resized them. if you want the full size versions email me and i will let you have them. i was going to add links straight to them here but i think that there are other images on that pages that look a whole lot better and are really worth looking at. so go look for files called allin_khg.jpg and alling_khg2.jpg. and a tangent for those wondering no i never use my real name. you actually have to know me to have that protected information. go ask. some people didnt know my real name for some time after they thought they knew me. shit most of them still dont know my middle name. dont ask because im not telling is my policy.
while we are talking tmbg i thought some of you would be interested in this article. my question is how many labels can one band be on? as much as i doubt this is more than a single album deal can it really be good for them as a band. aside from the money.

if any of you have sbcyahoo dsl please run a check of you system for a file called cfd.exe and email it to me. reinstalling did not work and it is the first time i have seen xp consistently give a blue screen of death. and more times than i care to count. by the way if you have xp and get sbcyahoo do not use their crap ass software. call and tell them you are setting it up on an xp machine and you need to know how to configure xps pppoe software. or just do the online signup and do a search for setting that up. or if you get really desperate ask me and i will try to get you through it.

funny thing about that packard bell is that (it sucks?) it was given to me with the warning that it didnt work. oddly enough it works better that i could have ever expected. it is a 486 with 32megs of ram and it is running win95. i know those are the real minimum requirements for 95 but honestly i never really thought it was possible. who knew? oh and as an added bit the hdd is an amazing 300megs. and its not even full. once the cd drive is yanked out of this it is going to mikey for his kids to use so dont be surprised if calls you because he has a problem with it. i already told him i would not help. you win.

i have not made your cds yet but i have everything for it. dont give up on me just yet. part of the problem is that i need to get a new printer cart. and they will be coming with out labels on the cds since i cant seem to find my packet of labels or the sanitary applicator thing that goes with them. that i think you will survive. and it is looking like it is going to end up being three cds. if anyone has read this far and wants to suggest a song i should put on the third one make your recommendations post haste.
